    At the market, many products that offer us extra energy for training are found, but many people have reported long-term health problems like kidney diseases or calcium excess in blood. My first advise is if your need supplements, go to a medical doctor. Otherwise, those producs are expensive for the most of athletes.

 

What nobody has said you is the same active principles of the brand products also are found in Nature, and with less or null risk for your health. Coming next, we present you facts about products you can use as natural supplements classified according to the availability for having and consuming them.

 

Banana

Contains: Potasium, B6-vitamin, folic acid, it has 100 calories, much fiber, sucrose, fructose, glucose, thryptopahnserotonin, rich in iron.

Effects: Ideal for athletes, it prevents strokes and hypertension, useful for treating depression, no cholesterol, it prevents muscle cramps if you have 20 minutes before training as a shake, it reduces anemia, improves intellectual performance, regulates intestinal transit, relieves heartburn, it’s anti-oxidant, controls anxiety, regulates the internal temperature of body, helps to stop smoking.

 

Soja bean

Contains: isoflavones, soluble fibers and other 22 essential aminoacids not existent in other products, anti-oxidants.

Effects: It delays aging, reduces bad cholesterol and risk of cardiac diseases, prevents cancer, controls diabetes, osteoporosis and kidney diseases.

 

Avocado

Contains: e-vitamin, cholesterol, sodium, folic acid, C-vitamin, potasium, B6-vitamin, magnesium, iron,anti-oxidants.

Effects: It helps the blood to form hemoglobin, generates elasticity in skin, stimulates the immunologic system, endocrine glands, bones and teeth, giving us stimulation in a physical and mental level. It prevents rinkles in skin if you use it like a mask.

 

Carob fruit

Contains: 50% natural sugar, 10% proteins, soluble fibers (0.567%), carbohydrates, 315 calories, non-soluble fibers (11.5%), B6-vitamin, potassium, iron, magnesium, calcium, and B1-vitamin, B2-vitamin, B3vitamin, A-provitamin.

Effects: It stimulates intestinal flora, helps to have a better digestion, provides an anti-oxidant effect, helps to fight mucus inflammation, contributes much energy to your organism, helps to fight constipation.

 

Oat

Contains: Carbohydrates, B1-vitamin or thiamine, B-group vitamins, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron, essential aminoacids, licin and treonin, but it has in high quantity methyonine, avenastherol, fitostherol, fructose, non-toxic alkaloid, starsh.

Effects: It prevents asthenia (disabling general fatigue) and insomnia, reduces cholesterol, improves digestion, calms nerves, cathalizes glucose, relieves fatigue and stress, recommendable for treating diabetes. Contraindicated for small intestin conditions.

 

Potato

Contains: Potasium, sulphur, phosphorus, chlorine, magnesium, sodium, calcium, iron, water, fat, fstarsh, ashes, cellulose, vitamins A, B1, B2, small protein, ascorbic acid (C-vitamin), B6-vitamin, K-vitamin, tuberin.

Effects: It’s recommendable to consume it with shell. It prevents physical and mental weakening, regulates sugar and arterial pressure.

 

Sweet potato

Contains: betacaroten (orange pulp), potassium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, coopper, vitamins B2, B3, B4, and E.

Effects: It’s anti-oxidant, highly energetic

, prevents hypertension, relieves fatigue, increases muscular power, improves digestion, it’s disintoxicant.

 

Yucca or mandioca

Contains: C-vitamin, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, carbohydrates, and B-group vitamins.

Effects: It reduces colesterol, regulates sugar and arterial pressure. Don’t consume raw.

 

Fish

Contains: Essential fat acids, especially Omega-3 type (linolenic acid); good cholesterol, A and D vitamins, B12 hydrosoluble vitamin, phosphorus, magnesium, selenium, and iodium (overall seafish).

Effects: B5-vitamin prevents cardiopathies. As nutritional supplement is good consuming it three times a week. It’s preferent to have cold sea fish.

 

Chicken

Contains: Folic acid, B3-vitamin, phosphorus and potassium, B12-vitamin, C-vitamin.

Effects: It’s preferent to consume breast, and liver if necessary.

 

Eggs

Contains: Albumine (White), B2 and B5 vitamins, iron, zync, iodium, molybdenum, lecithin, E-vitamin, coline, and B-complex vitamins.

Effects: It activates inmunologic system, controls cholesterol if eaten moderately.
