Try to run a mile in one breath. Do you think you can?Maybe you get it but you’ll be breathless, unmotivated to do it again. The ideal is you start short distances until dominating the full mile. The adaptation training is so. We can define it like the gradual adequations of a person’s muscles who just starts any type of physical activity into a normal and sustained training rhythm.

ignorance, many people end to do everything but not having the results they
expect. Many times, they disobey the trainer, and one day later, they can’t
hold a spoon neither. This type of training applies not only for beginners but
also for who have left working out more than one month. Once your body adapts,
